If you’ve already disabled your anti-virus and firewall yet you’re still getting this message when logging in, then it might be your internet service provider (ISP). You’ll need a VPN to resolve this issue.
1. Reinstall SolaceRO – to make sure all files weren’t modified or corrupted.
2. Download a free VPN such as ProtonVPN (https://protonvpn.com/).
3. After installation, start the VPN.
4. Run SolaceRO again and start the game normally.
Open your SolaceRO folder and delete neoncube.file.
Reinstall SolaceRO and make sure it’s not mixed with other private servers’ files.

If you don’t remember making game accounts, please login your account in the control panel and click Create Game Accounts.
Make sure you’ve set the client’s resolution through Setup.exe.
